The offer we make is the offer you get for 7 days, when the car matches its description. If hidden or unreported damage is found at pickup, any adjustment is shown with photo evidence before you decide.

How selling works, step by step

01

Describe your car

Enter the VIN to auto-fill the year, make, and model — or skip it for now and enter those details yourself. The VIN is optional at intake and mandatory before booking.

02

Complete the condition page

Answer the same 12 condition questions our buyer checks at pickup. The condition page defaults to no issues — open the checklist only if something applies.

03

Review the next step

See the offer path and share your number for follow-up. Any later changes wait for admin review.

Your offer, and the 7-day guarantee

Each customer gets one offer from their car's reported condition. The offer we make is the offer you get for 7 days, when the car matches its description. If hidden or unreported damage is found at pickup, any adjustment is shown with photo evidence before you decide — documented adjustments only, never curb haggling.

You see no offer until the intake is fully submitted, and offer adjustments are reviewed by our team first. That keeps the number honest for everyone.

Paperwork help is part of the process

Have the vehicle title and a current photo ID ready for pickup. Lost titles, liens, or ownership differences should be disclosed in the form — complicated paperwork is okay, and we will explain the correct next step before scheduling. See selling a car without a title for the situations we handle.

Questions about the process

What happens on pickup day?

Our buyer checks the VIN, title, mileage, and the same condition items you submitted. If everything matches, you sign the transfer paperwork, receive payment, remove your belongings, and hand over the keys. We then arrange the tow at no charge within Orange County.

What is a car title, and what paperwork do I need?

The title is the state document that proves who owns the vehicle. For pickup, have the title and a current photo ID ready. If the title is lost, signed by another owner, or has a lien, tell us in the form so we can explain the correct next step before scheduling.

Do you really tow for free?

Yes — pickup is free anywhere in Orange County for vehicles we agree to buy, from San Clemente to La Habra and Yorba Linda.
